The figures show that our commitment to social compliance is paying off and that we are on track to achieve our sustainability goals.

BSCI in numbers

Based on the BSCI audit, a supplier is assigned a score from A to E, with A being the highest; the lower the score, the more areas for improvement have been found. The share of D-scores, based on purchasing turnover, has fallen significantly over the past year from 31% to 14.4%, and we now even have suppliers with an A-score. This reflects our ongoing efforts to improve the performance of our suppliers and support them in achieving higher social compliance standards. Using targeted training, audits and collaborative initiatives, we have helped our suppliers improve their scores and meet BSCI requirements.
The figures show that our commitment to social compliance is paying off and that we are on track to achieve our sustainability goals. We remain committed to improving social and ethical standards within our supply chain, and we are working towards our goal of sourcing only from suppliers in high-risk countries that participate in BSCI or work on a similar form of social compliance by 2025. This is an important part of our broader sustainability strategy and our commitment to creating a positive impact on both the environment and society.
Over the past year, we have made significant progress in the working conditions at our suppliers, also known as social compliance. A strong focus is on increasing the number of affiliated suppliers from risk countries who work with amfori BSCI or other social compliance audit platforms. These systems provide us with insight into the social performance of our suppliers through audits and audit reports. This has resulted in an increase in social compliance coverage from 89% of suppliers from high-risk countries last year to 92% this year. This increase demonstrates that more and more of our suppliers are meeting the strict BSCI standards, contributing to a responsible and sustainable supply chain.
