Here at Paardekooper, our nearly 1,000 (international) employees are invaluable; they form the core of our company. They contribute to our success on a daily basis in their roles as warehouse employee, buyer, seller, facility employee or product manager. Thanks to their commitment and dedication, we can do what we are good at: providing our customers with high-quality packaging and relieving them of all their packaging challenges. Together we make Paardekooper what it is.

The HR data for 2024 shows that it was a challenging year for Paardekooper and its employees. Nevertheless, thanks to their commitment and dedication, our employees have contributed to the results achieved in 2024.

Here at Paardekooper, we have once again been committed to social compliance among our suppliers over the past year. We are committed to improving the working conditions at our suppliers. We work with amfori BSCI, a party that manages the BSCI code of conduct and a linked platform with which independent audits are scheduled in order to gain insight into the actual working conditions at our suppliers in high-risk countries.

For example, in 2024 we saw an increase in our social compliance coverage from 89% in 2023 to 92% in 2024, and we saw an improvement in audit results
