The Paardekooper Works Council

In our RESPECT strategy, the ‘P’ stands for People, the human side of sustainability. The Paardekooper Works Council is an important part of this. The Works Council stimulates long-term thinking within our organisation and actively promotes good working conditions. To ensure our employees support our customers and partners as best as possible with their packaging and sustainability issues, we offer our employees knowledge and training in the form of our PK Academy. PK Academy had 437 active users in 2024, and 315 participations in internal training courses.
